I want to be able to help him and as im doing that I would also be helping the community. To start I should begin with my prior knowledge as staff in both the field(Taking sits) and in the Administrative branch(Paperwork, hiring staff). Throughout my time on the Defconnations PoliceRP community, I served as a major staff supervisor (not the rank, but in the lower branches) which was handed down to me in the Form of SA(Super Admin). With this I am very experienced in the forms of ULX and the Console commands as that was the major tool staff had to use.[/b][/color] [b]What Does the Staff Team do? [2-3 Sentences Minimum] [/b][color=#c0392b][b]The duties of a staff member are those that can become extensive and long in terms of priorities and how to do his/her job. The main duty that I recognize is to put staffing above RP as a staff member is supposed to help members of the community and with that putting the task of Staffing above RP brings one and the community to reaching that goal. Furthermore a staff member should know the difference between right and wrong so that they might set an example of how to RP for new and older players, since it accomplishes multiple things including that of a better experience on the server and a better player base that I happy. An admin should also know all the commands of which he has access to, in order to help the players, staff and himself in each and every possible to set the record that they can do their job. In addition a staff member should know all the ways to punish a player for whatever action they have committed as its good to be strict, but not lethal, or in other words know how to punish different people for example warning someone for a RDM and kicking/Banning a mass RDMer, after listening to their story as he/she might of had an RP reason to do what they did and its important to listen in all given situations to show non bias actions, but fair actions against the Rule breaker.
